Description

en

SU 10069 represents a mottled differential fill between the cut sandstone blocks (10058) and basalt boulder 10060. 10069, though compact at its surface, was relatively loose after this initial layer, and contained moderate amounts of cultural material. 10069 seems to have been the surface associated with the eastern side of the sandstone blocks after they were inserted into the cut 10054. Excavating 10069, however, did not offer any further answers on the purpose of the sandstone blocks or the surface created to the east.
