Interpretation
902 was split into N and S and was dug in 3 spits. The goal was to dig a level of 10 cm in order to define the bottom limit and uncover the archeological level. After digging with a pick axe we discovered that the soil was getting a bit softer at some spots but overall it was more complicated. There was a big enough quantity of finsings especiallyu pottery mostly from the late neolithic II. Some sherds were charred in the middle (manufacturing acident?) There were some conjoining sherds, sherds with holes (perferated or hanging holes or reparring) there was a figuring but it coulnt be identified. Lots of chipped stone, one possibly from a reaper and lots of ground stones. 3 possible stone axes. CBM was mostly concentrated on the norther side. There were also shells. On the SE corner there was a complicated clay consentration. Change to spit 2 on the eastern side (depth of 10 cm) same soil, sismilar finds covered with lots of sediment. Change to spit 3 (depth 10 cm) on the eastern side, still spit 2 on the western side. Same soil and findindgs. During removal of spit 2 on NW side a very large, compacted and heavy CBM peice was uncovered. We kept removing soil following the shape of the CBM to check of a wall was extending towards the CBM structure (ovan? 903). A clayish structure was uncovered so we gave if a differnt context number 907.
