SU 8035 represents a plaster fill and plaster face located a few centimeters to the E of the cistern in Area B. SU 8035 also includes a layer of mottled red material which filled cut SU 8028 (which created the cistern) and expanded a little to the SE corner of the expansion of Area B. Upon excavating SU 8035, we were able to recover a large floating section of mosaic still stuck to the plaster (SU 8035).

Note for records: From the long description, SU 8035 should have been made up of two SUs - one for the plaster fill/facing and one for the "layer of mottled red material which filled cut SU 8028;" should we adjust this?
