SU 9033 represents a soft, mottled loamy fill in Area C. Fill SU 9033 was rich in small artifactual finds with few stone inclusions. Fill SU 9033 was overlain by 9031, which may have been a more disturbed version of the same material given its proximity to topsoil and exposure to previous excavations by Pesce. SU 9033 seems to be a levelling or subfloor fill for a surface that no longer survives.
