Description
The excavation of Trench A during the campaign of 2019 was aimed at the further understanding of the stratigraphy of the central parts of the Vång hill (L1978:8860, RAÄ Hjortsberga 306). Previous excavations in 2012 (Henriksson 2015), 2013 (Henriksson 2016) and 2017 (Henriksson 2018) within this area of the Vång hill had forwarded several questions and hypotheses as to site stratigraphy, formation, chronology and activities.
