Description

en

SU 10077 represents a differential fill layer with a packed surface, which was quickly excavated on the final day of work. Though largely composed of reddish-brown soil, at times the soil matrix was more mottled than others, and lens of grey or brown soil were also found throughout. Moderate amounts of cultural material were found in 10077. Underneath 10077, we found at least a small patch of the natural compact red clay, in which the basalt boulder 10060 seemed to be embedded.
